About Us
Debwens.com was started in 2000. Since that time the company has
evolved in name and direction. God has blessed us with the talent and creativity to design
websites, play music, write books, and make contributions to the internet world.
When Debwens.com was first started, the goal was to make homemade handbags and accessories
that would be unique and usable. That quest morphed into designing templates; something
that the customer could download instead of being shipped. The idea became a pleasure to us,
because we love to create things. The Lord has granted that love and we have over 90 templates
now.
Also, the writing fever became evident when I sat down one day and thought, "Why can't I
do something like that? I have read fiction books for years and thoroughly enjoyed them."
I thought about what kind of story I would want to relate and found that science fiction
absolutely catered to the imagination that God has given me. The poetry was already written
when I began putting the novels together.
Now there are three science fiction novels and another on the way, two poetry books, one humorous short story and one dramatic
short story. This has proven to me that if we keep our faith, God will enable us to
accomplish dreams that He put in our hearts.
